A few weeks ago I decided to go to my local health food store and get some advice on what I can take, supplement wise, to curve those sugar cravings. It's a daily struggle for me and takes daily prayer just to keep from eating sugar items. It's very tough to be a self proclaimed "health nut" and be a good example to others when all I think about is cookies, cakes, and chocolate. No, I didn't change my name, but I have a very sweet tooth and like alot of other people out there, I love my cake and brownies. Be well! Stay healthy, and remember to get back on that healthy rise if you fall off.

I am still devoted to being my healthiest, happiest, thinnest, etc.but I will do it a bit slower this time around. Because the lesson learned here is : go slow, take it one step at a time, and ease naturally into it. I WILL eat cake when I want to eat cake.and I will not be GUNG HO CRAZY CRAZY about it. So here I am, not eating very well, not excersizing tomorrow is a new day.I WILL work out 4-5 times a week.I will eat well 6 days a week (1 day a week off is ok). YES, I look the best I have looked in years, and YES, I can now kick ass and hurt someone, but man am I POOOOPED tired. Working out EVERYDAY turned into 2 times a day. The excitement wears off.and it did for me. A month ago I took my health mission to a new level and decided to work out.EVERYDAY. The problem is, when you go cold turkey crAZy can backfire.

It's probably because when I set my mind to something I must be perfect at it and do it all at once. I lost 10 lbs, did a great cleanse, went Organic and Au natural (with my make up and food) Problem is I did it COLD TURKEY. I jumped into this health craze last April. Anyway, today I bring you a lesson learned on my part. What kind of a Health blogger am I? A busy one. I haven't written for awhile, because I haven't had one of those moments where I felt inspired to share something.
